Dr. Hudec is a native of Cleveland. He graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Psychology and received his Doctorate from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry. Thereafter, he spent one year at the V.A. Medical Center in Washington D.C for a general practice residency. Dr. Hudec then went on to complete a four year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Upon completion of his studies and residencies, Dr. Hudec relocated back to Cleveland in 1993 where he established the Cleveland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Group, where he has been a solo private practitioner for the last 20 years. In addition, Dr. Hudec maintains staff privileges at Southwest General Medical Center where he is the Section Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Hudec has advanced training in bone grafting and regenerative surgeries for dental implant restorations. From this knowledge, he created and developed the local Buckeye Dental Implant Study Club to help with the understanding and education for many dental practitioners in the Cleveland area.
Dr. Hudec is the father of five children and plays an active role in their sports teams. When he’s not sharing time with his children he enjoys playing the piano, time out on the golf course, and riding horses.
