Meet Dr. Michael Hudec

Dr. Hudec is a native Clevelander. He completed his dental training at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He then continued his education with an internship in General Practice Dental Residency at The V.A. Medical Center in Washington. From there, Dr. Hudec traveled to The Medical College of Wisconsin where he completed a four year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

He also served as an Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Marquette University's School of Dentistry. From there, Dr. Hudec returned to the Cleveland area and established his solo private practice with founding The Cleveland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Group. He recently relocated his practice from Parma, Ohio to Middleburg Heights, Ohio.

Dr. Hudec has authored several articles for publication and has lectured extensively on subjects ranging from facial trauma, jaw reconstruction, TMJ disorders, dental implantology, bone grafting and oral cancer and other pathologies and most recently an emphasis on bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of the jaws.

Dr. Hudec is a member of multiple local and national Dental and Oral Surgical Societies. To fulfill his commitment to keeping his knowledge and skills current with the latest technologies, Dr. Hudec attends multiple continuing education seminars which enables him to provide the highest quality, state-of-the-art procedures.

Dr. Hudec is an active member in church and civic activities and is the founder of The Fountain of Light, a local non profit agency. He and his wife have five children, who all enjoy family activities together. His hobbies include golfing, boating, coaching his children's sports teams and is a big music enthusiast where he enjoys playing the piano and composing music.
